(Okay, okay. I'll go into detail on this for tomorrow's post. Meanwhile, feel free to use the comments section to lay out all your excuses for not starting your next manuscript.)
Once I start my next manuscript I just cannot get interested in the querying/following up/submitting the last one. But! I still start the next manuscript... whether that is to my detriment or not, I cannot say!
I always have numerous books in the works. Right now I am actively writing three non-connected books, with the knowledge that I need to write one I promised my readers and another few I promised someone else *cough*.
I think that's how I write so much; I always have something in some sort of draft ready to be picked up and polished.
Special request: Can you please, pretty please turn off your Captcha thing for comments? I swear I spend more time trying to prove I'm not a robot that typing this comment. I don't use Captcha on my sites and I rarely get spammed.
They're like, what's this word? mrMz and then you type it and it was really rrNha or something. *shakes head* LOL
Seriously, I love the thrill of leaping into a new book and can't wait to get going. If I wait too long after finishing one, I start (as my husband says) "getting twitchy".

The day after I finish the last book.

Shoshanna-- done. Thanks for letting me know. I may need to tweak this if I get too much spam, but we'll try it for now...
